Quality Inn & Suites Downtown Mansfield

The pool was lit, but possibly too much chlorine. Check before diving in! The comfy room could use some fridge upgrades.

All the staff was helpful, tackled my issues.

I loved brand-new and spotlessly clean room here.

The location in a sketchy part of town was exceptionally nice. Also, Mansfield Memorial Museum was located in the immediate surroundings.

Carpets and bathroom needed deep cleaning!!! Shower issues with drainage off-putting. Lighting obstructed by a spotlight outside the window!!! Limited privacy due to inadequate curtains.

The pool was great and bed was comfortable.

I felt for the money we spent there would at least be a free continental breakfast but that wasn't the case at this Holiday Inn.

I only booked one night!

changed rooms 3 times trying to find low noise area, bed that had no visible sagging. 3rd room was quiet and bed OK. Wifi so slow could not do anything on my laptop. Room phone broken and desk was unable to hear me. Found large portions of toe nails on floor next to bed and in bed!!!

Consider checking the pool status before your stay to avoid disappointment, as it may be out of service.

Room reeked of smoke. My bill had extra charges. I contacted them and have yet to receive a reply.

We stayed here with our large family and dogs while exploring the nearby Mohican area, perfect for our activity-packed days. The staff was reasonably friendly, and our pups loved the surrounding space to roam, a plus for us.

My kids wished there were more family-friendly dining options available.

wonderful hotel in a secure area next to church and funeral and the restaurant itself and downtown and reformatory. very friendly staff, brand-new and beautiful room with coffee as well as a whirlpool tub. great food for dinner and breakfast. good location to an 1847 gothic revival house. very good stay, as always.

Had a lovely time enjoying the cozy King room and the peaceful atmosphere made for a relaxing stay. The lazy afternoons by the pool and sipping coffee in the garden added a nice touch. Only wish the breakfast options were a bit more plentiful, but overall it was a great experience! ☕

Comfortable room, convenient location with easy access to attractions, and fantastic amenities like free wi-fi in public areas and 24-hour reception, made our stay enjoyable and hassle-free.

Everything was good.

I stayed in a King Room with a tub that was supposed to be accessible. Honestly, it felt pretty outdated and not super clean. There was hair around, and the TV was small and a bit funky-had to get someone to mess with the plug to make it work. The bed felt old and kinda springy, definitely not the comfiest. The parking issue was annoying. Reminded me of we had to walk a mile to get to the room. Not the best stay for sure.

I appreciated the charming lobby decorated for the holidays. It was easily accessible.

Better maintenance of common areas and facilities needed.
